Sponsor/Investor

Jerry Laxen

Jerry started Laxen painting in 1991 and it has grown from 50,000 to 1,500,000 in yearly sales. Completing jobs for The Walton Foundation, Walmart, and the University of Arkansas has helped establish his reputation and added to his growth.

Jerry's experience in contracting and working closely with other contractors for 30 years has helped educate him in some of the aspects of purchasing real estate. In the past 13 years Jerry and Sharon have invested in single family real estate (currently owning 7 houses free and clear). Some self managed and some under management. In talking and working with Brian (and attending multi family seminars) he has understood and seen the power of debt pay-down by tenants, professional property management, tax incentives, and economies of scale with commercial real estate.

Jerry enjoys hanging out with his wife and grown children. Working out and staying in shape is also important to him.
